Executive Director – The Climate Justice Organization
The Executive Director of The Hub leads a dynamic team of 3 experienced staff organizers that offers free training and coaching to youth organizers across so-called Canada. The incoming Executive Director will have the opportunity to lead a team dedicated to being the voice of and leading a national, multi-issue and bilingual youth organizer training center offering rigorous and accessible leadership development programs from coast to coast. Concretely, this will look like operationalizing the Hub’s three programs: an Organizing 101 one-day training camp (in-person), the Hub’s grassroots campaign training series (online and in-person), and on-demand 1:1 coaching sessions.
The Executive Director provides strategic direction, organizational leadership, and operational oversight to advance The Hub’s mission, goals and vision. Working alongside The Hub’s Advisory Committee, staff and community stakeholders, the Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of programs, maintaining strong funder partnerships, and fostering a workplace culture of respect, accountability, and trust.
