Join a community of passionate environmental educators in the Canadian Columbia Basin. Membership runs annually from July 31 to July 31 and provides access to exclusive resources, events, funding opportunities, and more. Explore the full list of member benefits below. When joining or renewing, you can also choose to add an EEPSA membership.
Good news! Teachers in School Districts 5, 8, 10, 19, and 20 are eligible for a free CBEEN membership, thanks to the generous support of their school districts. Teachers in School Districts 8, 10, 19, and 20 also receive a complimentary EEPSA membership.
When registering or renewing your membership, simply select the “Pay Later” option at checkout. We’ll invoice your school district directly—no payment is required from you.

- Ability to contact other CBEEN members through our online member map
- Access to up to $100/year through our Professional Development Bursary Program
- Access to up to $500/year through our Workshop Bursary Program

- Teacher members are eligible to receive fully or heavily subsidized Wild Voices for Kids programs (limited number available on a first-come, first serve basis). Unlimited programs are available at slightly and non- subsidized rates.
- Reduced fees at many of our workshops, courses and events.
- Ability to become a Wild Voices for Kids Community Educator (and receive an honorarium for your time)

Membership in CBEEN is only $20-$40, depending on your ability to pay, and is available for individuals who have an interest in outdoor and/or environmental education and are ordinarily residents in the Canadian Columbia Basin region.
