Claiming Travel

Step 1:

Select My Bookings from the menu. Press Travel Expenses form.

Step 2:

Fill out Travel Expenses form.

 

Step 3:

Press the Submit button.

Alternatively, fill out travel claim form below:

  • **New** As of Nov 2019, conventional gas-powered vehicle rate is $0.50/km, hybrid vehicle rate is $0.55/km, and electric vehicle rate is $0.60/km. See all travel rates here.

      Please upload photos or scans of receipts. Please ensure they are the detailed receipts showing taxes (not the credit/debit receipts).
