COMMUNITY EDUCATOR HONORARIA RATES

As a Community Educator, you are eligible to claim travel expenses when delivering Wild Voices programs, in accordance with the Community Educator Travel Policy & Rates, available via the button below.

Travel beyond the distances outlined in the Community Educator Travel Policy & Rates requires pre-approval. Approval will only be considered when the travel fills a gap in local programming. To request reimbursement for travel beyond the approved distances, Community Educators must submit a written request by email and receive approval before the travel occurs.

To ensure the efficient administration of the reimbursement program, mileage claims are only eligible for travel of 10 km or more.

Dependent on pre-approval, some Community Educators travelling long distances to deliver Wild Voices programs may be eligible for long-distance travel expense reimbursement for travel, accommodation, and meals.
