Wild Voices for Winter!
Taking students outdoors in the winter has so many great benefits, such as fresh air keeping germs at bay and natural light boosting mood. But what about the fact that less daylight means less time for outdoor activities after school? And who doesn’t love trying to solve the mystery of what critter made those snowy prints?
If you are looking to help your students stay healthy, happy, and active during the winter months, all the while learning about their local environment, Wild Voices for Kids and our awesome community educators can help! Though many Wild Voices programs can be delivered year round, some that are perfect for winter include:
- Animal Survival Instincts – Exploring our Wild Side
- True Survival Experts: Animals in Winter
- Winter Safety and Survival Skills
- Avalanche Awareness
