About the Program
This program will offer a range of activities that introduce concepts of mindfulness, forest bathing, meditation, sensory awareness, solo sits, and artistic expression. The goal will be to empower participants to source their own inner strength and wisdom, by simply noticing what is happening NOW, and finding ways to accept what is. This program also aims to provide tools that participants can use whenever they are in need of them, to work through emotional and mental health struggles. The key ingredients are awareness and nature.

"Corrie was very communicative before and during the presentation. I appreciate her organizational skills in terms of logistics, safety and equipment (i.e., art supplies, situpons). She did a fairly good job of keeping the students engaged, based on their interest and energy level. " - Brooke Jones
"This was one of my favourite Wild Voices presentations. Corrine has a variety of activities giving the opportunity for each student to connect in some way. She was well prepared, knowledgeable and successful in finding ways to include each student. I really liked each of the activities she led the kids through and will use these in my teaching practice. I look forward to working with Corrine in the future again." - Jen De Sousa
"The half day program went by very quickly. Corrie was able to keep my grade 1-7 homeschool class engaged the entire time and could have gone longer." - Bianca Duffy
