We thought so! And thatβs why we are requesting your support by becoming a Kootenay Corporate Challenge Sponsor and providing $500 in sponsorship for our successful Wild Voices for Kids program.
Wild Voices for Kids (WVFK) has been growing steadily since 1997 and now offers 129 different curriculum-linked environmental education field trips and presentations led by 37 local experts. Since 2009, CBEEN has offered these programs to 50,000 students across the regionβs 6 school districts. However, the demand for these programs continues to grow. With your support, this coming school year we will be able to offer programs to over 10,000 students.
And just what do you get for your $500? Well, apart from feeling great about where your money is going, we will also feature your business on our website (50,000 pageviews annually), in our eNewsletter, and in our growing social media feed. And if thatβs not enough, we will also send you a certificate of thanks you can display in your business, and contact you in person (yes, a real, live person!) to tell you how much we appreciate your support.
