CBEEN Event & Workshop Refund Policy: 

If CBEEN has to cancel the event, we will provide participants with as much notice as possible, and will offer a full refund or credit.

While we appreciate as much notice as possible, we understand that life doesn’t always provide you with this.

• Refunds of 90% of your registration fee are available up to 1 month before the event
• Refunds of 75% of your registration fee are available up to 1 week before the event
• Refunds of 50% of your registration fee are available within 1 week of the event

These refund rates reflect the average cost (administrative and hard costs) that have been expended to support your registration up to those points in time.
