The will is the cornerstone of estate planning and it is crucial that you have a legally valid one to ensure that your assets will be distributed according to your exact wishes. Gifts in a will truly reflect your values and beliefs.
Benefits to leaving a gift in your will
- You have the use of your assets during your lifetime.
- A bequest is a tax-effective way to leave a gift as it reduces your final estate taxes allowing you to leave a gift to conserve nature.
- You may change your will at any time.
