Executive Director – International Conservation Fund of Canada

 In Opportunities

The International Conservation Fund of Canada (ICFC) is seeking an EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR to lead the organization as we expand our support base and programs and enhance our national presence and international stature. This is a rare opportunity for someone wishing to have a major impact in addressing global biodiversity loss and climate change.

The EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR will report to the Board of ICFC, manage ICFC’s seven full-time and two parttime staff, and work to build relationships with existing and prospective donors and funders. The EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR will represent ICFC in the Protecting Our Planet Challenge group and will lead or delegate attendance at regular meetings held with peer conservation organizations with whom we cofund projects.

The location of this position is a matter for discussion with the prospective EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. It must be in Canada. Accessibility to major cities is a consideration.
