Projects & Grants Coordinator – Invasive Species Council of BC

As the Projects & Grant Coordinator, you will be a key member of our fund development team and of our staff team. Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Lead, the Projects & Grant Coordinator will lead the grant portfolio with the guidance and support of the Fund Development team.

A key responsibility of your role is to build internal and external relationships and facilitate discussions and input to inform project development. You will also coordinate the collaboration and support of ISCBC team members in the project development, grant writing and project reporting processes, including but not limited to the fund development team. You will translate high level project concepts into a tangible workplans, timelines, and budgets including supporting evidence required for grant applications. This includes projects ranging from small local projects to multi-year projects with a provincial scope and significant budgets. This is an important role for the Council that includes researching, coordinating, and securing funds for education, extension, and practical programs across BC. This role offers opportunities for professional development and leadership experience while supporting the growth of a progressive environmental conservation organization that works with a diverse range of stakeholders.

While we envision the Projects & Grant Coordinator role as a full time position, we will aim to accommodate alternate schedules.
